Renee's Sohn Shaun war an diesem Wochenende auch da. Zusammen mit seiner Freundin Holly.
Hier auf der Veranda sieht man Shaun's aelteste Tochter Desi (ganz links), seine juengste Tochter Josie (auf Pap's Schoss mit Klara), Renee und Holly im Vordergrund.

Renee's son Shaun was there over the weekend. Together with his girlfriend Holly. On this picture you can see Shaun's oldest daughter Desi (on the left), his youngest daughter Josie (on Pap's lap with Klara), Renee and Holly.

Wie immer hatten wir ein sehr erholsames Wochenende. Bis Duane krank wurde. Das ganze wurde so schlimm, dass wir erst einen Tag spaeter wieder nach Virginia zurueck fahren konnten. Wir brachten ihn montags noch in die Notaufnahme in Buckhannon, wo wir ueber 3 Stunden verbrachten. Ihm wurde per Infusion Fluessigkeit gegeben und einige Medikamente damit es ihm etwas besser ging. Es stellte sich heraus, dass er einen sehr heftigen Magen-Darm Virus aufgeschnappt hatte. Dienstags ging es dann heim, was er auch gerade so schaffte. Tja...dann dauerte es nicht lange und der Rest von uns wurde auch krank. Sogar Klaerchen, die wir in Culpeper in die Notaufnahme brachten. Ich als Mutter blieb verschont. Gott sei Dank. Mittlerweile sind wir alle wieder fit.

As always we had a nice weekend there. Until Duane got sick. It got so bad we couldn't leave West Virginia in time and had to stay one day longer. We even took him to the Emergency Room in Buckhannon where we spent over 3 hours. He got fluid there and more medication until he was feeling a bit better and we were able to go home the next day. We just made it back to Virginia before the rest of us got this Virus. Even Klara got it and we had to take her to the ER in Culpeper because she was getting so bad. It took them over a week to feel better and - Mum didn't get it:). I'm glad about that.
