Es war mal wieder soweit und dieses Jahr waren wir auch endlich mal wieder dabei. Weinmarkt in Mainz! Es war die Idee meiner Schwester dorthin zu gehen und ich bin froh, dass wir mit sind. Wir hatten viel Spaß.

Leider ist es nicht mehr so wie früher. Das kleine Kinderkarussell hier ist das einzige, das es noch gibt. Der große Rummel im Volkspark ist abgeschafft, was ich persönlich sehr bedaure. So bleiben die verschiedenen Weinstände im Rosengarten, der Künstlermarkt (der mehr und mehr zum Büchermarkt wird) und ein paar Stände mit Essen und Süßigkeiten.

It was winefest here in Mainz. This year we were able to be there again and it was really nice. It was my sister´s idea to go there and I am really glad we did. We had some fun:-).

Unfortunately some things have changed and there ain´t as much attractions then there used to be. They still have lots and lots of little wine tents set up, an art-market (which was more like a book market) and some places where you can eat and buy sweets.

Am Sonntag fuhren wir ganz kurzentschlossen mit Oma und Opa nach Wiesbaden in die Fasanerie. Es war schon wieder ne Weile her, dass wir hier waren und es hat sich wahnsinnig viel geändert. Leider waren wir etwas spät und bald schon wurde geschlossen. Ein paar Tiere bekamen die Kinder zu Gesicht aber Zeit, den Spielplatz zu testen hatten wir leider nicht. Naja...wir werden sich demnächst mal wieder vorbei schauen.

Sunday the grandparents went to Wiesbaden with us. We went to a nice place called "Fasanerie". Here are some animals you can look at - a bit like a zoo - and a big big playground. We got there a little bit late and didn´t have much time before they closed but it was still nice and got us out the house for a few hours. We couldn´t test the new playground but I am sure we will some other time
