Leider hat es dieses Jahr wieder mal nicht für einen echten Baum gereicht. Mir tut das wirklich im Herzen weh, denn ich liebe einfach echte wahre Tannenbäume. Aber ich finde diese doch sehr teuer. Sicher ist so ein unechter auch nicht billig aber da es uns sicherlich auch im nächsten Jahr finanziell nicht besser gehen wird rechnet sich das dann schon. Ich bin froh, dass es für ein paar Geschenke für die Kinder gelangt hat.

Unfortunately we dont have a real tree this year again. It makes me really sad we can´t afford a real one because I just love them. But they are really expensive. Yes this tree here costs almost as much as a real one but since I believe we won´t have much more money next year - it´s better to buy a plastic one. I still think we decorated it nice. I am glad I was able to buy my kids some gifts this year. I wasnt really sure about it but finally made it.

Nachdem wir heute nachmittag in unserer Heimatpfarrei St. Alban zum Krippenspiel waren, haben wir zu Hause unseren Heiligen Abend gemütlich gestaltet. Gabriel hat zwei Lieder auf dem Keyboard zum Besten gegeben und anschließend haben wir drei noch ein paar schöne Weihnachtslieder gesungen.

After we went to church this afternoon we started our Holy Eve very quiet and calm. Gabe was playing two songs on his keyboard (as you can see here) and after that the three of us were singing a few christmas songs.
